The personal training sessions are equal parts enjoyable, hard, rewarding, and exhausting! I have already seen results in the short time I have been attending Amanda’s sessions, and can feel myself getting stronger by the week. I love that there is variety (especially with the cardio finishers - my least favourite part but also a part I kind of secretly love!), while really enjoying the reliability of the repetitive nature of the programs, something that I really feel helps me assess how I am progressing. The personalised nature of the program ensures that it is able to be targeted just to my needs and abilities, and I love that Amanda’s attention to detail means I can be confident that I am getting the most out of every exercise I do. Educational Coaching
Coaching with Amanda has built my confidence to speak up and articulate my concerns. In addition, to provide strategies to overcome concerns such as making lists, communicating with staff and being aware that I ‘can’t do everything’. It has helped me to work more effectively with staff, especially those that can be hard to work with. I am also mindful that it’s okay to make mistakes and to sit more comfortably with the discomfort I feel in my role. I have valued the opportunity to share my concerns and seek feedback. What I have enjoyed is not being provided with ‘the answer’ but rather being prompted to think about the issue more and find solutions myself. Life Coaching
Coaching has been a very good way to discuss matters and start developing greater clarity surrounding them and making steps towards adjusting them as required. It has been great to have those ‘ahhh haaa’ moments through these discussions. I’ve realised that it’s ok to put myself first.
